After our company completes the drawing, we send it to the customer for confirmation. Both parties confirm the technical parameters, such as important dimensions, thickness, weight per meter, etc. After the customer confirms the drawing and pays the mold fee, our company can arrange mold making.

After the mold design and production are completed, it enters the mold trial stage.Mold DepartmentProvide the first batch of samples and conduct internal testing. After the dimensions are qualified, send samples to customers for confirmation.

If the customer confirms that the trial sample is qualified, our company can arrange mass production; if the sample test fails, we will adjust the mold and re-test the mold, and then provide the sample to the customer for testing until the sample is qualified.

Once the sample is confirmed to be qualified, our company can arrange mass production of the customer's order. After the order is completed, the customer pays the balance and arranges the shipment of the goods.

Based on the physical color plates provided by the customer (metal color plates, plastic color plates, etc.), the laboratory will use the corresponding equipment to analyze and obtain color matching data

The lab will create five color palette samples based on the color matching formula and assign color numbers to ensure sample consistency for future record keeping. The lab will also use a colorimeter to test the color palette quality.

The color plate after inspection will be sent to the customer for verification and confirmation. After the color plate is confirmed, the formula and color number will be archived to ensure that the production color is consistent with the customer's requirements. If the color plate does not pass, the color will be re-matched and plated until the customer is satisfied and confirmed.

The confirmed color palette will be archived and entered into the system. Based on the color confirmed by the customer, our company will arrange batch production of the customer's order. After the order is completed, the customer pays the balance and the goods are arranged for shipment.
